We are looking for experienced Bank Registered Mental Health (RMN) / Bank Learning Disability Nurses (RNLD) with a current UK PIN number and, a passion for delivering outstanding care.
Thornfield Grange is a specialist residential service with nursing for adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs. Based in Bishop Auckland, County Durham, Thornfield Grange supports individuals who have behaviours that may challenge, as well as those who have significant difficulties with social engagement.
Your Day-to-Day
Produce outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments and observationsWork closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, and improve qualityAttend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge & promote nursing Under NMC guidelinesEnsure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with residents, relatives and other healthcare professionalsAdminister prescribed medicines with Healthcare procedure and Healthcare Commission guidelines
You are
Open, compassionate, honest & resilientExperienced RMN/RNLD with a current Pin NumberCapable to maintain documentation and undertake auditsWell informed of the Mental Health Act 1983 & have an understanding of latest nursing practicesAble to deputise in a clinical lead roleFocused on patient recovery to monitor, manage & reduce riskHelping to empower & support service user independence
