Salary: £35,000 - 45,000 per year
Requirements: We require previous experience as a Systems Trainer, IT Trainer, or in a similar role.We require strong Microsoft 365 knowledge, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.We require experience designing and delivering engaging training programmes.We require excellent communication and presentation skills.We require the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.We require strong organisational and stakeholder-management skills.We value experience within professional services.We value knowledge of document management, workflow, or case management systems.We value LMS, e-learning, or change management experience.We value relevant training or Microsoft certifications. Responsibilities: We deliver training on Microsoft 365 and business systems.We lead onboarding and induction training for new starters.We create user guides, videos, e-learning content, and quick-reference materials.We provide workshops, coaching sessions, and floor-walking support.We support system upgrades and technology change projects.We identify training needs and continuously improve learning programmes.We encourage best practice and user adoption of new technologies.
