Requirements: Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), including deploying, configuring and supporting devices using tools such as Microsoft Intune.Experience with IT Event Management, including monitoring, triaging, investigating and resolving system, application and device alerts and events.Experience with End User Computing (EUC), including supporting and managing Windows devices, Microsoft 365 applications and end-user technologies.Experience with software packaging and application deployment, including testing, packaging, deployment and application lifecycle management. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and diagnose technical faults, provide first-time fixes where possible, and escalate issues to service desk, incident or problem managers as needed.Define and deliver new services.Coach associates and share knowledge with colleagues. Join our Department for Transport Digital, Information and Security Directorate as an End User Computing Engineer in our Platforms function. Youll help deliver reliable, secure technology services and support colleagues across the department with the tools and technical assistance they need. The role is based in Birmingham, Hastings, Leeds or Swansea and offers a permanent contract with full-time, part-time, job-share and flexible-working options.
