We are looking for a dedicated individual with a strong commitment to providing a safe environment, effectively addressing any security concerns, and supporting loss prevention efforts.
Responsibilities Monitor the premises to identify areas of potential security risks and ensure proper surveillance. Assist in conducting routine checks and inspections of all areas of the property to maintain a secure environment. Participate in training programs to understand loss prevention policies and procedures. Respond promptly to safety and security incidents, documenting occurrences and reporting them to the management. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to safety and security. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner. Assist in the enforcement of park and hotel policies to ensure compliance and a secure environment. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in criminal justice or a related field is a plus. At least 1-2 years of experience in a security or loss prevention role, preferably in a hospitality setting. Candidates must have a valid certification related to security Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and provide solutions during high-pressure situations. Basic knowledge of security systems and procedures. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
