AYANA Hospitality is seeking a dedicated and highly trained Lifeguard to join our team at AYANA Komodo. In this essential role, you will ensure the safety of our guests while they enjoy our world-class aquatic facilities. As a Lifeguard, you will monitor pool areas, respond to emergencies, and provide a safe environment for all swimmers. Your commitment to safety and customer service will be paramount in upholding our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities Monitor swimming areas for hazardous conditions, rule infractions, and emergencies. Rescue individuals in danger of drowning or experiencing other emergencies. Administer first aid and CPR as required and maintain accurate reports of incidents. Engage with guests, offering assistance and educating them on pool safety rules. Inspect pool area and equipment daily to ensure cleanliness and safety. Participate in staff training and emergency drills. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guests' experiences. Requirements
Certification in Lifeguard Training, CPR, and First Aid. Previous experience as a Lifeguard in a resort or aquatic facility. Strong swimming skills and physical fitness. Excellent observational skills and the ability to remain alert at all times. Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
