About the Role
Our client is a US-based company with an office in Surabaya, and they are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead and scale their marketing initiatives targeting the US market. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership end-to-end—from strategy and campaign planning to execution and team leadership.
What You’ll Do:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns end-to-end across multiple channels Lead growth and brand exposure initiatives, primarily through social media and digital marketing Develop ideas and campaigns focused on increasing exposure, engagement, and audience growth Build, manage, and oversee the marketing team and workflows Analyze marketing performance and identify opportunities for optimization and scaling Collaborate closely with the US team and report directly to Kevin Contribute strong copywriting, positioning, and messaging ideas aligned with the target audience Coordinate with designers, editors, and other team members to ensure smooth campaign executionRequirements
RequirementsStrong understanding of growth marketing and digital marketing strategies, especially for US-based audiences Proven experience planning and managing marketing campaigns end-to-end Experience building or leading a marketing team from zero Strong English communication and copywriting skills Creative thinker with strong ideation and leadership abilities
