They are looking for an experienced analytics professional who can bridge business and data teams—someone who understands how to translate business questions into actionable reporting, scalable dashboards, and meaningful insights that support company growth.

ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to define KPIs, reporting needs, and business intelligence priorities across marketing, sales, operations, and financeBuild and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting systems that provide clear visibility into company performance and operational trendsTranslate complex business requirements into scalable reporting solutions and self-service analytics toolsAnalyze large datasets from e-commerce, operational, and marketing platforms to uncover insights, trends, and business opportunitiesWork with data teams to improve data quality, consistency, governance, and reporting reliability across systemsSupport the development and optimization of centralized reporting environments and data models for analytics consumptionDeliver actionable insights and recommendations that help stakeholders improve performance, efficiency, and decision-makingMonitor reporting accuracy and proactively identify inconsistencies, gaps, or process improvement opportunitiesHelp standardize reporting processes, KPI definitions, and dashboard best practices across the organizationCollaborate with stakeholders at different levels of the business, including department heads and leadership teamsRequirements

5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Reporting, or Data Analytics rolesStrong experience supporting business stakeholders with dashboards, reporting, and data-driven decision-makingExperience working in e-commerce, retail, marketplace, or high-volume operational environmentsStrong SQL skills and experience working with cloud-based analytics or warehouse platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or Microsoft FabricHands-on experience with BI and dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or DomoStrong understanding of KPI development, reporting frameworks, and business performance analysisAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience working with large datasets and building scalable reporting solutionsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailExperience improving reporting processes, data quality, or analytics workflows is highly preferredExposure to marketing, sales, commercial, or operational analytics is a strong plusExperience leading projects, mentoring analysts, or working cross-functionally is a plusBenefits
