Our client is looking for a Growth & Partnerships Lead to help launch and scale our presence in the creator economy, with a strong focus on the OnlyFans ecosystem. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who can build strategic relationships, open market access, shape go-to-market strategy, and help refine the business as we grow.

You will work closely with the technical team to improve product positioning, oversee product quality and functionality, and identify new market opportunities. The role also includes ownership of brand presence, social media, and website coordination from the ground up.

We are looking for a high-energy, AI-savvy operator who is comfortable building in fast-moving environments and can help turn Chatbooster into a recognized player in the creator economy space.

Flexible location and timezone, with EST overlap preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesBuild relationships and open market access with OnlyFans agencies, creators, and creator economy stakeholders Develop and execute go-to-market and growth strategies for Chatbooster Advise on pricing strategy and business model refinement Coordinate between the technical team and business development efforts Identify adjacent market opportunities and expansion possibilities Manage and grow the company’s website, social media, and brand presence Oversee product quality and functionality alongside the technical team Gather market feedback to improve product positioning and user experience Help establish Chatbooster as a trusted product within the creator economyRequirements

Experience in go-to-market strategy, growth, partnerships, or product launches Understanding of the creator economy and OnlyFans ecosystem or similar industries strongly preferredMedium to high-level AI knowledge and familiarity with AI applications Proven ability to build relationships and create market opportunities Strong communication and business development skills Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and business teams Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently High-energy, execution-focused approach EST timezone overlap preferred
