About this role
HMP Springhill and Grendon have an exciting opportunity for an English Lecturer to join the prison-based Education Team.
We are seeking a creative and inspiring Lecturer who can deliver engaging classes to learners who are based within the prison. As an English Lecturer, you will be supporting learners to achieve success and guiding them through the courses. You will not only help them to achieve qualifications, but also confidence and skills they can apply to employment upon release, or to other areas within education.
MK College Group works to reduce re-offending by providing learners with opportunities to learn and develop skills. We would like you to be part of the learner’s journey, providing them with a positive learning experience.
If you are as passionate as we are about reducing re-offending and ensuring learners have a positive learning experience, this is a fantastic opportunity for you!
