Responsibilities:
• Support plant Lean deployment and KPI achievement. • Coordinate Lean reporting, training records, and continuous improvement activities. • Facilitate Lean maturity assessments and problem-solving initiatives. • Deliver Lean training and support shopfloor management practices. • Lead local improvement projects to optimize productivity, quality, and material flow.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. • 1-3 years of manufacturing experience. • Lean fundamentals (5S, Standard Work, TPM, VSM, A3, TWI). • Basic problem-solving methodologies (PDCA, 5 Why, 8D). • KPI reporting and data analysis. • Shopfloor Management (SFM) support. • MS Office and basic digital tools. • Lean Six Sigma White Belt or Yellow Belt certification is considered an advantage. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Analytical and problem-solving mindset. • Self-driven and adaptable to change. • Organized with good time management. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn. • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
