Main Task: Support the launch phase activities between project and plant for new projects and/or plants of BU CY. Duties & Responsibilities:
• Support the launch phase activities for new projects & plants as well as complex changes within the Business Unit by acting as an integrative link between the project team and the plant management. • Focus on the installation and implementation of the assembly process & equipment. • Support the coordination of construction activities in the context of the launch of green- or brownfield plants. • Assist in the installation or activities of an appropriate APQP process in the plant by coordinating the alignment of the project requirements with the plant. • Act as a first contact to the local customers as regards the general project status and endorse the plant management in meetings with the local customers. • Accompany and coordinate the pre-series and prototype assemblies in the plant with a focus on the technical and project perspective. • Actively participate in regular project team meetings as sub-part and align with team members. Competencies & Experience:
• Degree in Engineering • Several years of professional experience within the automotive industry • Proven competence in dealing with customers, suppliers as well as employee associates • Profound know-how in JIS/JIT environment • Pronounced flexibility, organizing ability and communication skills • Proactive and collaborative approach towards problem solving • A sound intercultural understanding and experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Be part of our ZF Foxconn team and apply now!
