Position: Apprentice
Earn 60K Annually (Hourly And Flat Rate Position)

Seeking: Apprentice Level Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Technician
Performance Requirements:
• Follow a strict process
• Diligent note taking skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Open to feedback and guidance from trainers and mentors
• Mechanical background in a professional environment
• Mechanical background in a technical high school or college level

The facility is located in Wrightsville Pennsylvania (Eastern York County). The shop features the following and more:
• New Service & Parts Facility
• Air Conditioned Shop
• Heated Floors
• Built-in toolboxes for all technicians
• Dedicated Tool Room
• 25 Stalls and only 8 technicians
• In ground lifts, commercial above ground lifts
• Brand new Hunter revolution tire changer, new Hunter hammer head road force balancer
• Built in computers for each technician

Required Work Experience, Skills, and Certifications:
• Automotive Graduate or 1+ years dealership experience
• Ability to consistently perform thorough Multi-Point Inspections
• Valid Drivers License
• Maintain positive work relationships
• Demonstrates highest level of professionalism and self discipline
• CDJR Training a plus
• PA State Inspections and Emissions License is required
