About this role
This position requires great oversight, research, and ownership of the business listings product and how it applies to sales, account managers, and the Platypus brand of products. We are looking for a person who will continue to grow the department and be responsible for increased sales, product quality, and management of fulfillment teams in the US and Philippines.

Direct Manager point of contact for all business listings inquiries Direct Contact to Yext and other vendors who supply productFulfillment Workflow development and implementationDelegation of Tasks to Fulfillment teamOngoing Review of team efficiencies / workloadQuality Assurance of product and TeamOngoing development and research to improve productIntradepartmental collaboration to build new product mixesEmployee performance reviews in departmentCreate new products / workflowsOrganize & Develop Training of other team/departmentsCollaboration with Sales Product researchProduct/competitor pricingSales Marketing MaterialsSales ScriptsLead Generation & Online Tools Maintain Website content & tools
