Supports the full product lifecycle, from design and qualification through manufacturing release and field support, alongside Product Management, R&D, Manufacturing, and QualityAssist in the review and approval of new product introductionsSupport customer-requested variants, including data sheets and part-number setup with Product Management and Operations EngineeringPrepare product change approvals and participate in communicating them to key customersSupport cost reduction initiatives and value engineeringWork with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to meet performance, cost, and delivery targets Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related technical field0–2 years of engineering, co-op, internship, or lab/research experience; recent graduates are encouraged to applySolid engineering fundamentals and a willingness to learn hardware, electronics, or vacuum/gas-analysis principlesStrong problem-solving skills with attention to detailMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis; PLM or SAP ERP preferredClear written and verbal communication; able to document work and present findingsWorks effectively in a team and manages multiple tasks under guidance from senior engineers INFICON offers a dynamic working environment that promotes diversity, equality and inclusion.
