Retail Sales and Marketing Management
(Full Time/Paid Training)
Horizon Specialized Marketing is excited to reveal an immediate full-time opening for a Retail Sales and Marketing Management Trainee within the Marketing and Sales industry in the greater Lima/Findlay, OH area.
Our Management Trainee works closely with the manager and team members to learn all aspects of running special marketing and promotional retail sales events and campaign. As a member of our Retail Sales and Marketing Management Team you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, achieving sales volume, adhering to our client portfolios and visual presentation standards and maximizing profits. The manager and experienced representatives will provide guidance, direction and development to the new team members in order to achieve all revenue, profit and customer service goals.
Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism.Achieve high levels of marketing and sales performance and results.Participate in team meetings and execution of daily tasks to maximize sales.Oversee compliance of all staff with established company policies, procedures and standards.Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environmentBuilds lasting customer relationships and maintains client loyaltyDemonstrates consultative behaviors in a retail environment to understand each customer's individualized need, and can recommend appropriate products and servicesDrives results by contributing to store operations; both in office and in the fieldSupports both themselves and the team by meeting key performance indicatorsTakes pride in personal contribution and knows how personal performance impacts both individual and team effortsUtilizes both Marketing and Sales techniques, such as actively listening and asking open-ended questions to create a unique shopping experience that both helps educate the customer and gives them the right informationWorking in various retail locations, Marketing or Promoting, and selling new products and services to customersEfficient and proactive, and possesses the ability to learn all products and services offered by our client base, regarding home entertainment and other related fields (technology and electronics, telecommunications, home security, etc.) Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED requiredCurrently enrolled college student, or graduate (having earned a degree in related fields)Experience in Marketing and Sales, Retail, Customer Service, Advertising, Business Management, or other related fields is an assetOutstanding communication skills; includes both verbal and writtenSports-minded; winning mentality and competitive spiritResponsible for individual actions, and participates in team related activitiesMaintains a high level of professionalism and integrityComfortable managing different product lines within the home entertainment field; flexible and adaptable Proactive; displays a willingness to learn and is self-developingOur goal is to hire a unique individual who has the ambition to grow with Horizon Specialized Marketing long term.
