Assistant Manager Trainee: Marketing and Sales
Horizon Specialized Marketing is excited to reveal an immediate full-time opening for an Assistant Manager Trainee within the Marketing and Sales industry in the greater Lima/Findlay, OH area.
We have just recently expanded to a new office, and are seeking to find qualified individuals looking for new career opportunities.
We provide aggressive marketing and sales campaigns for national accounts in the Lima/Findlay, OH area.

We do NOT do cold-calling or telemarketing, Business to Business, or Door to Door! We strive to build direct and long lasting relationships with our customers through in-store marketing.

Job Responsibilities
Assisting in the daily growth and development of assigned campaignsAssisting with efforts of customer acquisition and retentionExpertly managing the needs of external customersDeveloping strong leadership and interpersonal skillsDriving sales through retail promotional campaignsBuild brand recognition through local events and experiential marketingStrategize, execute and manage with the Brand Ambassador teamsInteract and communicate with customersAid marketing and advertising associates and senior staff with specific projects related to each clientOur ideal candidate will be outgoing with a great attitude, exceptional work ethic and will also have a strong desire to develop their sales and marketing skills. Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED requiredCurrently enrolled college student, or graduate (having earned a degree in related fields)Experience in Marketing and Sales, Retail, Customer Service, Advertising, Business Management, or other related fieldsOutstanding communication skills; includes both verbal and writtenSports-minded; winning mentality and competitive spiritResponsible for individual actions, and participates in team related activitiesMaintains a high level of professionalism and integrityComfortable managing different product lines within the home entertainment field; flexible and adaptableProactive; displays a willingness to learn and is self-developing
