About this role
As an SAP Consultant, you will play a key role in the further development of our international SAP landscape. You will collaborate with business stakeholders as a trusted partner, lead transformation initiatives, and support the implementation of our global SAP and S/4HANA strategy.
Your Responsibilities
Analyse complex business requirements, supporting the design and implementation of sustainable SAP solutions.Ensure the continuous improvement of SAP processes and systems, supporting their ongoing development.Support business functions in process optimisation and the adoption of SAP best practices.Contribute to the development of functional concepts, solution designs, and implementation strategies.Carry out testing activities, cutover planning, and go-live support.Actively contribute to international SAP rollout and transformation projects.Prioritise incidents, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.Support and coach key users while providing professional guidance to junior consultants.Collaborate with external partners and service providers.Actively contribute to shaping the SAP S/4HANA roadmap and future system architecture. Degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.At least 5 years of professional experience as an SAP Consultant or in a similar role.In-depth expertise in at least one SAP module (FI/CO, SD, MM/WM, or PP/QM).Proven experience in SAP implementations, rollouts, process harmonisation, or transformation projects.Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is considered an advantage.Strong analytical, conceptual, and organisational skills.Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.An independent, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work.Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken. Gross Annual Salary range: 35.000,00 € - 40.000,00 €
