Key Responsibilities
• Provide legal opinions and guidance to internal stakeholders on business transactions and operational matters. • Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation measures. • Support business teams in resolving contractual and legal issues. • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Handle legal recovery cases across secured and unsecured loan portfolios.
• Initiate and monitor recovery proceedings under applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage cases under the SARFAESI Act for secured assets.
Requirements
• LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized university. • Enrollment with Bar Council would be an added advantage. • 2-6 years of experience in Legal Recovery, Collections Legal, Banking Legal, NBFC Legal, or Litigation Management. • Experience handling retail, SME, commercial vehicle, LAP, mortgage, or secured asset recovery cases preferred.
