Investigate Corrective Action Forms to identify root cause and effective corrective and preventive actions, liaising directly with linguists and TransPerfect employeesDecide appropriate corrective/preventive measures for vendors and employees based on performance metrics and previous issuesWork with the Department Managers of a specific vertical to help improve the quality of work coming from their departmentActively maintain colleagues’ awareness of QA processes, policies, procedures and knowledge by acting as a resourceAssist Data Investigators with tracking and reporting on company-wide quality metrics Ability to maintain and update vast amount of data accuratelyExcellent English communication (written and verbal) skillsSuperior organizational and multi-tasking skills in order to meet commitments and deadlinesStrong MS Office/computer skillsMinimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
