Shifts typically run approximately 11:00 AM–9:00 PM, lasting 8–10 hoursShifts are available seven days a weekMust be available to work at least one weekend day—Saturday or SundayDrivers report to Cherry Valley, IL, at the start of each shiftWhat You’ll Do
Safely drive and operate a company-provided delivery vanDeliver approximately 200–300 packages per route to customers in Rockford, Janesville, Belvidere, Harvard, and nearby townsUse a handheld device for route navigation and delivery trackingLoad, unload, and deliver packages to customers’ doorsStay active throughout your shift, including walking and frequently getting in and out of the vanWork outdoors in varying weather conditionsProvide friendly, professional customer serviceFollow traffic laws, safety guidelines, and delivery proceduresSupport your teammates and represent TNM Solutions LLC with a positive attitudeWhy Join TNM Solutions LLC?

What You’ll Need
Be at least 21 years oldHold a valid driver’s license in the state of employment; no CDL requiredBe legally authorized to work in the United StatesBe able to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodationBe comfortable performing the physical duties of the job, with or without reasonable accommodationMaintain a safe driving record and follow applicable traffic lawsBe dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable using navigation apps and handheld devicesBe available to work Saturday or SundaySuccessfully complete pre-employment eligibility requirements
