About this role
The primary goal of the Concierge is to ensure guests have a pleasant experience during their transitional care stay at The Villa at St. Louis Park.
Key Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
Greet all guests to promote the goals of Villa Healthcare: Exceptional Care, Unexpected Luxury and Passionate CareEnsure attention to any resident requests that would better their experience during their stayEnsure resident rooms are ready for new admissionsComplete tours of the building for any prospective residents or family members seeking placement.Administer guest surveys and respond to any concerns that may arise.Make daily rounds to interact and meet with residents and family members.Assist with in-house events.Other tasks and responsibilities as they arise.
Qualifications:
Star quality customer service skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsGreat computer skills (ie. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)Must have strong organizational skills and ability to work well in a team environmentExcellent people skills with strong time and project management skillsMust have a positive "can do" attitudeAvailability to work evenings and every other weekend.
