Program Manager
Job description: Job Title: Program Director We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, large-scale technology programs involving multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders. The role will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, governance, financials, resource planning, risk management, and executive stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and workstreams. • Manage program scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies. • Establish governance and provide regular status reporting to senior leadership. • Collaborate with business, technology, operations, and vendor teams. • Drive issue resolution, delivery predictability, quality, and continuous improvement. • Lead and mentor cross-functional and globally distributed teams. Qualifications • 15+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Program/Project Management. • Strong experience managing large, complex technology programs. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. • Experience with Agile/SAFe and SDLC methodologies. • Healthcare/Payer domain experience is preferred. • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Scrum certification is an advantage.
