About this role
Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients and accounts, from WMA generation to account setup and funding. Prepare and process new account paperwork including custodial forms, wealth management agreements, transfer forms, and required disclosures with a high level of accuracy. Coordinate directly with clients to obtain signatures via DocuSign or mail Manage asset transfers including ACATs, rollovers, and wires Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client questions and needs during the onboarding process. Collaborate closely with client service specialists and internal teams to gather information and ensure the completion of timely onboarding.
