You do not need previous Assistant Store Manager experience. Strong sales ability, personality and ambition are what matter most.

Key responsibilities:
Drive sales performance and achieve commercial targets.Convert customer enquiries into successful sales.Proactively identify opportunities to increase revenue.Build strong customer relationships.Coach, motivate and support colleagues.Monitor sales targets and key performance indicators.Support daily operations and manage the location in the Store Manager's absence. This is a sales focused, customer facing management role, not a traditional warehouse or stockroom position.
About You We are particularly interested in candidates from sales driven retail, telecommunications, high street retail and other target driven environments.
You will ideally have:
A proven track record of achieving sales targets.Confidence in customer engagement and closing sales.Strong communication and relationship building skills.A proactive, commercially minded approach.Leadership potential and ambition to progress. Experienced Assistant Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders and high performing Sales Advisors are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours 40 hours per week | Any 5 days from 7
Weekdays: 8:15am to 4:45pm or 9:15am to 5:45pmSaturday: 8:45am to 5:45pmSunday: 9:45am to 4:15pm Rotas are planned in advance, with weekend working shared fairly across the team.
