Job Title: Account Director Job Type: Permanent, full time Location: Bristol / Flexible Working (can be largely remote if that’s your preference) Salary: £50,000–£60,000
We’re working with a consultancy that works with major businesses on complex challenges.
Their clients span a range of industries, so you’ll have the opportunity to build relationships with different businesses while working with some seriously big names.
They’re looking for an experienced Account Director who can take the lead on senior stakeholder relationships, grow existing accounts and spot opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Building strong relationships with clients and becoming someone they turn to when they need support.
Understanding client challenges and spotting opportunities to develop the relationship and unlock commercial growth.
Leading client meetings, asking the right questions and helping clients work out what they actually need.
Working closely with the delivery team to shape projects and make sure clients are happy.
Collaborating with colleagues who bring different skills and experience to the table.
Acting as the escalation point for clients when needed, helping resolve issues and keeping relationships on track.
Experience You’ll Need
You’ll already be working at Account Director level or equivalent. This isn't a first step into an AD role.
Previous experience working in an agency or consultancy setting is a must have.
Change management experience would be advantageous but not a deal breaker.
You’ve worked on large accounts previously and are comfortable managing relationships with major clients and senior stakeholders.
You will be someone that can hold your own in a room with senior stakeholders and build credibility without needing to be the loudest person in it.
