Finance Systems Analyst - Oracle Cloud Financials

£60K - £80K plus bonus
Are you an Oracle Fusion Financials specialist looking for a role where you can build on your functional experience and take on more ownership across a large Oracle environment?
I'm working with a complex organisation looking to strengthen its internal Finance Systems team with an Oracle professional who can work closely with Finance users, support the day-to-day platform and help deliver ongoing improvements across Oracle Fusion Financials.
This would suit someone with a strong grounding in Oracle Finance who enjoys understanding how Finance teams work, solving system issues and improving processes rather than focusing purely on technical development.
What you'll be doing
Support and improve functionality across Oracle Fusion FinancialsWork closely with Finance users to understand requirements, issues and process pain pointsTranslate business requirements into practical system changes and enhancementsSupport configuration, testing and implementation of new Oracle functionalityHelp onboard new business areas and entities onto existing Fusion processesInvestigate functional issues and support users across the wider Oracle Finance estateSupport UAT, testing, documentation and release activityWork alongside more senior Oracle specialists and external delivery partners on larger projectsHelp improve Finance processes, reporting and user experienceSupport training, knowledge sharing and adoption across the business
What we're looking for
Experience working with Oracle Fusion FinancialsFunctional exposure to modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management or Fixed AssetsA good understanding of Finance and accounting processesExperience supporting Oracle Finance users in a BAU or project environmentSome experience of requirements gathering, configuration, testing or UATThe ability to investigate issues and understand the underlying business processConfidence working with Finance users and wider stakeholdersA proactive mindset and willingness to learn and take on more responsibility
