Sales Valuer
Location: Reading area
Salary: up to £35,000 basic
OTE: £55,000+
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, plus ONLY 1 in 3 Saturdays
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Valuer to join a successful and well-established independent, multi-branch estate agency in the Reading area. This is an ideal role for a confident and experienced Sales Valuer or someone with a couple of years experience who is looking to step up.
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience as a Sales Valuer within residential estate agency preferredExcellent communication and negotiation skillsA proactive, motivated and target-driven approachProfessional, organised and customer focusedAbility to build lasting relationships with clientsFull UK driving licence with own carExperience in conducting market appraisals This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Valuer looking to join a respected estate agency that offers a friendly working environment and excellent earning potential.
