Salary: £27,500-£40,000 DOE + up to 30% uncapped commission, no threshold

Tank is a fast-growing Technology & Engineering recruitment agency based in Cornwall. We're growing our 360 recruitment consultant team and looking for recruiters at all stages of their billing career, from those building their track record to established top billers.
The role can be shaped towards building a niche recruitment desk or progressing into leadership, supported by training, autonomy and the resources to do so.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll run a 360 recruitment desk in a high-demand Technology & Engineering market. This includes:
Identifying and winning new business in your specialist sectorBuilding lasting relationships with clients and sourcing strong engineering and IT talentMentoring junior consultants as the team growsRepresenting Tank at industry events and online
What we're looking for
An established 360 recruitment consultant with a proven billing track record in any fast-paced sector, for example Professional Services, Construction, Finance, Commercial, Education or HealthcareTech or Engineering sector experience is a bonus, not a requirement, we care more about your recruitment fundamentals; if you know how to win business and run a process, our training will teach you the restSelf-motivated, ambitious, and ready to take real ownership of your deskA full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
