Insight Executive Group are working in partnership with a leading UK Facilities Management company who deliver high-quality Hard FM services across complex healthcare environments. The role is Head of Engineering to lead their Engineering & Maintenance team across Healthcare LIFT portfolio. This is a permanent position based in London (with some national travel requited) with a starting salary of up £85k plus bonus.
The Head of Engineering will be responsible for:
the strategic and operational management of Engineering & Maintenance services across their Healthcare LIFT portfolioleading the Engineering Team, ensuring the safe, compliant and effective delivery of Hard FM services whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and contractual performanceworking closely with Contract Managers and the Compliance Teamoverseeing statutory compliance, technical governance, engineering performance and quality assurance across the estateleading engineering audits and technical reviews, ensuring robust processes, clear audit trails and full compliance with contractual and statutory obligationscontributing to commercial and financial performance, supporting budget setting, forecasting, procurement activities and business-wide continuous improvement initiatives The Head of Engineering will be able to demonstrate:
significant experience managing Hard FM services across complex, multi-site estates within a PPP/PFI environment, ideally healthcarestrong technical knowledge of building services engineering, statutory compliance and healthcare maintenance requirements, including HTMs and HBNsproven leadership experience managing engineering teams, contractors and multiple stakeholderscommercially awareness with experience of performance management, contract delivery and budget accountabilityHNC/HND (or equivalent) in a Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering discipline If you match the above criteria and are interested in the role please send your CV through for a discussion for the role – many thanks.
