Audit Senior – Responsibilities
Audit delivery
Plan, execute and lead audit fieldwork across a varied portfolio of clients.Ensure work is completed to a high technical standard and within budget. Client relationships
Act as a key point of contact for clients during the audit process, building trust and rapport.Identify areas where the firm can add further value beyond the audit itself. Team support & development
Support and coach junior team members on-site, reviewing their work and providing feedback.Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture across the Chester office. Technical & compliance
Keep up to date with auditing standards and regulatory requirements.Support the manager/partner group with technical queries and file reviews. Audit Senior – Requirements
ACA / ACCA qualified or finalist, with solid external audit experience.Background in a Big 4, Top 20 or mid-tier practice.Confident managing audit fieldwork and liaising directly with clients.Strong technical grounding with the ambition to progress to Manager. Audit Senior – Benefits
