Higher Level Teaching Assistant Doncaster
Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the schools planningFollow schools behaviour and rewards policiesSupport children's learning and development in a nurturing environmentManage classroom behaviour effectivelyAdapt teaching to meet the needs of all learnersWork independently and as part of a team across different settingsBe flexible and adaptable, the role can require you to be happy to move into different classes, cover different age ranges, different levels of ability. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (not essential but can be helpfulDegree educated or Level 4 HLTA or equivalent qulification Previous experience in school setting desirable- but we are open to Graduates seeking a career in teachingStrong knowledge of how schools workConfident behaviour management skillsEnhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)A genuine passion for education and trainingHappy to complete mandatory training needed to be cleared to work in school setting - Child Safeguarding, Allergy Training and so on.
