Business Analyst - Portfolio Insights Programme Directorate: Change & Planning Clearance required: Valid Security Check (SC)
About the Programme Portfolio Insights is a strategic transformation programme that will change how we report on projects, programmes and portfolios across the Change & Planning directorate and up to Executive level. The programme will deliver the systems and processes our teams need to get the right level of visibility and control across the portfolio, at every level of the organisation. Better quality, timely, accurate and consistent information will help us manage the portfolio proactively and make data-driven decisions. The work will equip teams with the right tools for effective delivery, strengthen our reporting capability and raise our governance standards.
About the Role We are looking for an experienced, business-focused Business Analyst to support the discovery and analysis phase of the programme. You will analyse our current state in depth and use it to define a future state operating model. You will turn business needs into clear, evidence-based recommendations that shape solution definition and inform decision making.
