Technology leadership experience within engineering, architecture, or software deliveryHands-on experience with .NET 8, Azure Functions, EF Core, SQL Server/Azure SQL, React and Azure services, delivering scalable business-critical applications.Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and modern development practicesExperience leading software engineering teams (circa. 10-20 heads)Enterprise systems integration experienceDevOps and CI/CD knowledgeStrong stakeholder management and communication skills Nice to Have
