Working as part of a wider HR Team you will be based onsite partnering the manufacturing site of approx 280 employees.
Coach and support People Leader competency in managing their squad including performance management, development, and engagementManaging absence, discipline & grievance cases and driving plans that deal with improvement & root causeLead Performance Reviews and follow up plans to develop a high performing culture by supporting the Feedback Cycle, development plans and talent mappingDrive key engagement messages through our people leaders and pulse check engagement levels of employees through engagement surveysKeeping employee engagement at the forefront of everything we do and supporting the delivery of high impact engagement plans across all areas The ideal candidate:
Based onsite 5 days per weekStrong ER/case management experience (FMCG or manufacturing)Skilled in coaching, engagement & handling complex situationsCIPD qualified or equivalent experience
