Cruise Consultant - £26,000 basic OTE £60,000 An opportunity to join an award winning luxury cruise brand as a Cruise Consultant and take charge of selling premium and ultra luxury cruise holidays to high net worth clients. You’ll manage enquiries across phone, online and in person, deliver excellent customer service, and build your own loyal client portfolio. This role is remote with one day per month in the office in Sussex and comes with a salary of £26,000 OTE £60,000.
Cruise Consultant responsibilities:
Handle new and existing client enquiries and bookingsDeliver exceptional service throughout the full customer journeyBuild and nurture your own client base via social media and direct outreachCreate bespoke ATOL packages and sell colleague created itinerariesRun outbound call campaigns to generate leadsManage a varied workload and support the wider teamAttend training, fam trips and client events Cruise Consultant skills required:
Proven luxury cruise sales experience (2 years ideal)Self starter who owns their pipeline and generates leadsTarget driven with strong closing skillsConfident upselling and maximising booking valueExceptional communication skillsStrong IT skills incl Microsoft Office, reservation systems & Salesforce Additional information:
