Looking for that next role, where you have full scope ofdelivery across the recruitment lifecycle? Reporting into the HRD, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across the UK & Europe for this SME business.
The roles has the opportunity to shape recruitment strategy, employer brand and candidate experience, through delivering a high performing service both internally to stakeholders and externally to the market.
You will have responsibility for:
End-to-end recruitment across UK & EUDirect sourcing and talent pipelining for senior/hard-to-fill rolesCoaching and partnering with hiring managersManaging agencies, job boards and recruitment spendATS ownership, recruitment reporting and analyticsDeveloping employer brand and candidate experienceDriving improvements across recruitment processes and EDI What we’re looking for:
