The Opportunity Due to continued growth, they are looking for an ambitious German Speaking Recruitment Consultant to join their London office.
This is a true 360 Recruitment Consultant role, giving you ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle. You'll recruit for specialist positions across Germany and Switzerland, working closely with clients and candidates while developing your own market within the thriving Technology and Life Sciences sectors.
Whether you already have recruitment experience or are looking to further specialise in the DACH market, you'll receive excellent training, ongoing support and uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities Manage the full 360° recruitment process from business development through to successful placementsBuild and develop long-term client relationships across Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH)Source, headhunt and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM databases and networkingConduct candidate screening, competency interviews and qualification callsManage the complete interview process from scheduling through to offer managementNegotiate offers, salaries and placement termsIdentify new business opportunities and develop existing client accountsAdvertise vacancies and create engaging recruitment campaignsBuild your professional brand through LinkedIn and social mediaAttend client meetings, networking events and recruitment visits across EuropeConsistently achieve and exceed individual sales and recruitment targets Candidate Profile We're looking for ambitious, commercially driven professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Essential Skills Fluent German and English (spoken and written)Previous recruitment experience (any industry or sector)Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle or 360 recruitment processStrong business development and relationship management skillsExcellent communication, negotiation and networking abilitiesHighly organised with strong time management skillsTarget-driven with a passion for delivering outstanding resultsAbility to build trust with both clients and candidatesWillingness to travel regularly within Germany and Switzerland Desirable Experience Experience in any of the following areas would be advantageous:
