An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fashion Retail Manager to join a growing premium women's fashion brand in the heart of Harrogate.
This is not a corporate retail environment where you're simply keeping the lights on. This is a brand with ambition, personality and significant growth plans. You'll have the chance to play a key role in shaping the success of a beautiful, high-profile store whilst developing a passionate team and representing a brand that continues to evolve.
Due to business needs, we're looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
The Opportunity
Based in a sought-after retail location within Harrogate town centre, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the store, leading a team of seven including a Supervisor and Key Holder.
Reporting directly to the Head of Retail, with support from the People & Culture team, you'll be empowered to make decisions, drive performance and create an exceptional customer experience.
We're looking for a leader who treats the business as their own, someone who is accountable, proactive and commercially focused, whilst recognising when to seek support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Driving store sales performance and KPI achievementLeading, motivating and developing a team of sevenRecruitment, onboarding and retention of talentConducting appraisals, reviews and regular coaching sessionsManaging rotas, resource planning and day-to-day operationsDelivering exceptional customer service standardsWorking closely with Head Office and Merchandising teamsMaintaining outstanding visual merchandising standardsSupporting stock management and inventory controlEnsuring brand values and image are consistently reflected throughout the storeCreating a positive, high-performing culture where people can thrive What We're Looking For
You'll be an experienced retail leader from a fashion background with a passion for people, performance and customer experience.
Essential:
Proven experience managing a fashion retail team Strong commercial awareness and KPI management experienceExperience recruiting, coaching and developing employeesExcellent organisational and operational skillsA hands-on leadership styleReliable, responsible and capable of working autonomouslyAbility to lead by example and inspire those around you Desirable:
Background within premium, contemporary or luxury fashion retailExperience managing a high-profile store environment Working Hours
Monday to Sunday operationTwo days off per week9:00am - 6:00pm3 weekend days off per month What's On Offer?
