Employment Tax Manager Exeter, Devon £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
Our client, a well-established and growing professional services organisation, is looking to appoint an experienced Employment Tax Manager to join their expanding team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a senior role combining technical employment tax expertise with client relationship management, advisory work and business development. As the Employment Tax Manager, you'll work closely with a broad range of clients, providing practical advice across complex employment tax matters while helping to develop existing relationships and identify new opportunities.
The Responsibilities:
Lead employment tax advisory projects across a broad client portfolioProvide practical advice across PAYE, NICs, benefits and rewardAdvise clients on IR35, off-payroll working and complianceManage key client relationships and identify opportunities for growthSupport proposals, pitches and wider business development activityDeliver employment tax reviews, risk assessments and due diligenceWork collaboratively with clients, colleagues and external advisersCoach and support junior team members while contributing to team development The Candidate:
ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified, or equivalentStrong UK employment tax experience at Senior Manager levelExcellent technical knowledge of employment tax legislation and P11DsStrong client management, communication and relationship-building skillsCommercially minded, proactive and motivated by career progression This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious tax professional looking to take the next step in their career, with strong opportunities for leadership development, commercial exposure and progression.
