Corporate Tax Assistant Manager Exeter, Devon £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
Our client, a successful and growing professional services organisation, is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join their expanding tax team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Working with a diverse portfolio of businesses across a range of sectors, you'll support both compliance and advisory work, gaining exposure to a broad range of corporate tax matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional looking to build on their existing compliance experience and develop their advisory skills within a supportive and technically strong team.
The Responsibilities:
Prepare corporation tax computations and returnsSupport corporate tax advisory and planning projectsAssist with R&D, capital allowances and transaction workContribute to specialist projects including share schemes and restructuringCarry out technical research and provide clear tax analysisManage client assignments to agreed deadlines and quality standardsBuild strong relationships with clients and professional contactsSupport junior colleagues through coaching and day-to-day guidance The Candidate:
Previous experience within a corporate tax environmentATT/CTA or ACA/CTA qualified, part-qualified or studying towards CTAStrong technical knowledge with a commitment to continued developmentExcellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skillsProfessional, proactive and confident building client relationships With access to a variety of specialist projects and ongoing professional development, this role offers excellent scope to broaden your technical expertise and progress your career.
