Payroll Administrator (Temporary Contract)
Location: West London (Hybrid) Rate: up to £40k temporary equivalent, approx up to March 27
You must be available immediately, with Payroll & ADP experience to be considered for this position.
We're currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a large, well-established international business on a temporary basis.
You'll support payroll operations, ensuring payrolls are processed accurately and on time while maintaining a high level of service to employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the processing of UK and/or overseas payrollsMaintaining payroll records and ensuring payroll data accuracyProcessing payroll changes including starters, leavers and amendmentsAssisting with payroll reconciliations and reportingSupporting pension administration and statutory paymentsHandling payroll queries from employees and internal stakeholdersAssisting with month-end and year-end payroll activitiesWorking closely with HR, Finance and external payroll providers Experience Required
Previous experience within a Payroll Administrator, Payroll Officer or Payroll Coordinator roleStrong understanding of payroll processes and payroll complianceExperience using ADP payroll systems is essentialStrong Excel and data handling skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and organisational skillsAvailable immediately or on a short notice period preferred
