The Role
As a HLTA, you will:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across the primary age range when required.Support teachers in providing high-quality teaching and learning.Lead small group interventions to raise attainment and confidence.Work with pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEND.Assist in monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to staff.Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. The successful candidate will:
Hold a HLTA qualification or have equivalent experience.Have recent experience working within a UK primary school.Be confident leading classes and managing behaviour effectively.Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.Be passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential.Have a strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities.
