We are working with a leading manufacturing and retailer who are looking for an engaging and highly organised Product Coordinator to join their team to support with all administrative and operational support to the wider team. This varied role, is an ideal opportunity for a graduate who has recently completed their studies within a food science or nutritional based degree. The successful candidate will be passionate about food, highly detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously; key duties will include;
Manage the administration and scheduling of panels.Distribute product information to Product ManagersMaintain schedules and coordinate diaries for those attending onsite reviewsTrack product panel outcomesPrepare rooms, ensuring all materials and products are ready for evaluationCoordinate and maintain product sampling schedulesArrange product deliveriesSupport and participate in sampling sessions Ensure products are prepared and presentedSupport the submission of products into relevant industry awardsWork closely with PR and Events teams Provide general administrative supportAssist with all project administration and coordination activitiesSupport trend research and market insight gathering This is a challenging opportunity and ideal for a candidate who has an interest in both business administration and food science.
