Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 POT
Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Generator Engineer on behalf of one of our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the service, maintenance and installation of generators and control systems at customer premises, as well as diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults. Duties and Responsibilities:
Service, maintain and install generators and control systems at customer premisesDiagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faultsCarry out fault finding on generator control panels and switchgearPerform portable proof load bank testingUpgrade existing control systems, including Deepsea controllers Skills and Qualifications:
Time-served generator engineerElectrically biased with good mechanical knowledge (18th Edition)Proven fault finding ability on generator control panels and switchgearCompetent with portable proof load bank testingFamiliarity with Deepsea controllers and the ability to upgrade existing control systemsKnowledge of UPS systems preferred but not essentialFull UK driving licenceCSCS/ECS card Benefits:
