About the Role
I am seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Customer Service & Business Development Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience who wants to develop their skills, contribute to business growth, and build a long-term career within a supportive and expanding organisation.
Working as a key point of contact for customers, you'll be responsible for managing quotations, following up on pricing opportunities, and providing outstanding service via phone and email. You'll also play an important role in identifying new business opportunities and supporting the wider commercial team.
What You'll Be Doing
Preparing and managing customer quotations.Following up on pricing opportunities and customer enquiries.Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.Managing a shared inbox and ensuring enquiries are allocated and actioned efficiently.Delivering exceptional customer service through email and telephone communication.Supporting management with identifying and researching potential new customer leads.Creating and maintaining customer rate cards and client-specific spreadsheets.Providing general administrative and sales support.Working closely with other departments and undertaking cross-training to support business operations during holiday periods. What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and spreadsheets.A proactive and positive attitude with an interest in business development.Someone who is motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.A team player looking to develop a long-term career.
