Salary: £30,000 per annum + up to £500 quarterly bonus (£2,000 per year)
Location: Manchester (Hybrid working, with 5 office days across a 2-week period)
Contract: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Permanent

We're looking for an Operations Support Manager to help keep our business running smoothly. This is a varied role, combining client implementations, project coordination, reporting and process improvement, while working closely with teams across the business.

What You'll Be Doing
Coordinating operational projects and business initiativesSupporting the onboarding and implementation of new clientsManaging implementation timelines and keeping projects on trackProducing reports, presentations and management informationSupporting compliance, audit and quality activitiesIdentifying ways to improve processes and efficiencyTracking actions and ensuring deadlines are metWorking closely with teams across operations, sales, technology and client services
What We're Looking For
This role could suit someone with a background in:
Executive Assistant (EA)Personal Assistant (PA)Project CoordinationOperations CoordinationBusiness SupportPMO, Project Support or Project Administration
Experience within recruitment, screening, compliance or another service-led environment would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
