The Opportunity Our Client is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the Accountancy team, supporting a busy desk with live roles nationwide. This is an opportunity to work with an established client base, not a cold-start role, and to genuinely make an impact by improving candidate quality and delivery speed.

Confident on the phone and comfortable speaking to candidates at all levelsHighly capable of sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, and referralsSkilled at spotting strong CVs and understanding what clients actually needOrganised, driven, and resilient in a fast-paced recruitment environment Ideally, you will have:
