Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Salary:
£40,000 – £52,000 OTE
Basic salary + strong commission structure

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and customer-focused sales professional to join a growing used car dealership in Middlesbrough. With significant stock levels and ambitious expansion plans, this role would suit someone who enjoys building rapport, converting enquiries into sales and delivering a first-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handoverBuild rapport with customers and understand their requirementsHandle telephone, online and walk-in enquiries professionallyConvert enquiries into appointments, viewings and sales opportunitiesPresent vehicles confidently and conduct test drivesDiscuss finance and warranty options in line with company proceduresNegotiate deals professionally and work towards agreed sales targetsKeep sales paperwork, records and CRM systems up to dateWork closely with colleagues across sales and aftersales to ensure a smooth handoverMaintain high standards across vehicle presentation and customer service Skills & Experience:
Previous motor trade sales experience would be highly advantageousWill also consider strong sales candidates from other customer-facing environmentsConfident communicator, both face-to-face and over the phoneTarget-driven with a commercial mindsetStrong organisational skills and good follow-up abilityPositive attitude and willingness to learnPassion for cars and a genuine interest in the automotive sectorFull UK driving licence required What's on Offer:
