Permanent, full-time position based in Abingdon.
Salary
£29,500 – £35,000, depending on experience + additional benefits
This is a great opportunity for a confident and motivated sales professional to join a busy internal sales team, developing new business through outbound calling and building strong relationships with prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales and telemarketing calls to prospective customersIdentify customer requirements and present suitable products and servicesBuild rapport quickly and develop strong customer relationshipsFollow up leads generated through marketing activity and previous enquiriesConvert opportunities into sales and new businessMaintain accurate customer information and sales activity within the CRM systemManage your own pipeline and follow-up activityWork closely with the wider sales team to achieve targetsProvide a professional and persuasive customer experience over the phone Skills & Experience
Previous experience within telesales, B2B sales, internal sales or telemarketing would be advantageousStrong telephone and communication skillsConfident speaking with prospective customers and handling objectionsMotivated and target-drivenGood relationship-building and listening skillsStrong organisation and follow-up abilityComfortable working independently and as part of a sales teamExperience using Salesforce or another CRM system would be beneficialGood Microsoft Office and general IT skills Benefits
