Join a Growing Recruitment Business with Ambitious Plans Right Now Group is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding Engineering, Supply Chain and Logistics Recruitment Division.
This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys building relationships, winning new business and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions across Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics and Customer Service sectors.
Working closely with our leadership team, you will have the opportunity to develop your own specialist market, build long-term client partnerships and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.
The Role - Senior Recruitment Consultant As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment life cycle whilst developing new and existing client relationships.
You will be responsible for sourcing high-quality candidates, managing recruitment campaigns and generating new business opportunities across a variety of commercial and technical disciplines.
Key Responsibilities - Senior Recruitment Consultant: Develop and grow new business opportunities through proactive sales activityBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidatesManage the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placementSource, screen and interview candidatesNegotiate offers and manage the on boarding processConduct market mapping and candidate networking activitiesManage multiple vacancies across Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics and Customer Service sectorsMaintain accurate records using our CRM systemAchieve and exceed individual sales and recruitment targetsWork collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Right Now Group business What We're Looking For - Senior Recruitment ConsultantEssential: Previous recruitment experience - Perm Desk Experience ideally Strong business development and client management skillsCommercially focused and target-driven mindsetExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong organisational and time management abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a team Desirable: Experience recruiting within Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or Commercial sectorsPermanent recruitment experienceExisting client or candidate network Why Join Right Now Group?Uncapped Commission: A highly competitive commission structure designed to reward success.
